There should be no gender pay gap. Why are you asking?
Money should not be paid the more “superior gender” which are men I think it should be spread as to how much effort that person gives to their profession and even their athletic abilities.
Job Type - Work and higher/paying professions are often dominated by men.
Work leve: the gender pay gap is rising as you ascend the corporate ladder.
Compensable considerations; for the intention of defining wage disparities between equally qualified men and women, Pay Scale tracks variables such as age training, hours worked and place. In conclusion I think the world crisis known as “The gender Pay Gap” Should be illegal
