St Joseph's Catherdral

 

St Joseph's Cathedral is located on 43 Wyndham Street in Auckland, This breathtaking building was contructed in May 1887. St Joseph's Catherdral took up to 9 years to be built (and its still incomplete).

Fun Run

 Last week all the seniors and the top 10 yr6's went to a race called "Fun Run" it was really fun but also tiring, I want to do the fun run again. I also liked fun run a lot because we got a sausage sizzle and water at the end.

R11 had an image and we had to do a quick write on it, this is my quick write of the image, the setting was looked like a road with tree's going straight down it and fog filling up the area.

Daily 5 God Of Highschool

R11 have started to do daily 5 a lot more than before, when it is daily 5 I usaully read a book called G.O.H also known as God Of Highschool, it is a really good book/manga and I recommend reading it, right now I am up to episode 40.

Friendship explanation writing (Test Draft)

For an up and coming writing test R11 did a explanation writing practice which was based on friendship,  This was very fun to make and really good practice of the explanation test, I tried my best with this draft and I hope I can get a very high score. 

 

Anime Characters

 

For one of R11's home learning activities Miss Tupou put 5 pictures of different anime characts on a slide and then we had to guess the anime character here is my final result of the task.

Dr. Seuss character drawings

Room 11 had a lot of fun last week though we have a different teacher for a few days we did some fun art basically we draw some characters from Dr. Seuss and then we glued it on to this black piece of paper and we made it into pop up art.

Coding

Today I did a fun Summer Learning Journey activity and I had to code. I could only get up to the 5th stage I got confused but it was actually really fun.
